1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Move Mates services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before departure
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 45+ days before departure: 10% penalty
• Cancellations 30-44 days: 25% penalty
• Cancellations 15-29 days: 50% penalty
• Cancellations less than 15 days: 100% penalty

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Move Mates is not liable for costs arising from medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

Move Mates acts as an agent for various suppliers of travel services. We are not liable for acts or omissions of these suppliers.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to operational, weather, or safety considerations. Alternative arrangements of equivalent value will be provided when possible.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
